Instructions for Returning Telkom University Boarding Fees 2020

TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING COST OF NEW STUDENTS ODD SEMESTER 2020/2021

Number: 254 / KMHS4 / BKA / 2020

Refer to :

  1. Chancellor’s Circular number 080 / SKR4 / REK / 2020 dated June 25, 2020 concerning Academic Policy and Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) During the Adaptation Period for New Habits at Telkom University.

  2. Chancellor’s Circular number 083 / SKR4 / REK / 2020 dated July 7, 2020 concerning Relief for Educational Costs, Online Learning Subsidies, and Refunds for Dormitory Fees for Odd Semester Academic Year 2020/2021 for Students at Telkom University.

So with this the technical instructions for refunding boarding fees for new students in the 2020/2021 academic year are set as follows:

  1. During online learning for the odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year, new students are not allowed to live in the dormitory and the dormitory policy for the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year will adjust the learning policies that will be set later.

  2. Refund of new student dormitory fees during online learning for the odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year in the form of a discount on the Education Administration Fee (BPP) for the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year or cash refund (transfer).

  3. Refunds of dormitory fees in the form of a deduction for Education Implementation (BPP) for the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year automatically without making a submission.

  4. Refund of dormitory fees in the form of cash refund (transfer) by submitting to the website address situ-kem.telkomuniversity.ac.id/dorm-refund from 3 August to 7 September 2020, complete required documents (* .pdf) among others :

a. Parent’s Account Book (choose one)

b. Parent Identity Card (KTP) according to the owner of the account book

  1. All requests for refunding hostel fees in the form of cash (transfer) will be processed starting September 8, 2020 for 14 working days after all completeness is met and verified.

This is the information that can be submitted as a reference for the policy of returning the dormitory fees for the odd semester 2020/2021.
