PKKMB 2020 FAQ
1. If there are students who resign for some reason, then the original class is broken up into new classes. Are these students transferred to the new class?
Answer: For lectures following the latest class code updates available in iGracias, while for PKKMB following the initial class code that has been incorporated in their respective LINE groups.
2. If there are students accepted at the SBMPTN (or the like) and are in the process of resigning. Are these students still required to attend PKKMB?
Answer : Not required.
3. What if there are students from classes other than 2020 (2019, 2018, etc.) who re-register this year? Are they still required to take part in the PKKMB?
Answer: If the student in question has passed the previous year and has received a certificate of proof of PKKMB graduation, the student is not required to take PKKMB in 2020.
4. Do students who have not participated / did not pass the 2019 PKKMB still have to take part in the 2020 PKKMB?

5. Do you have to register first if you join the PKKMB?
Answer: Students of 2020 do not need to register. But for students of 2019, 2018, and so on. are required to register independently at https://bit.ly/pend RegistrationPKKMB2020 .
6. Is the PKKMB process allowed to use a cell phone?
Answer: No. Students are required to use a PC or laptop.
7. What if a student of class other than 2020 has registered to take part in the PKKMB but has not received notification regarding the division of the team?
Answer: Information about team distribution and the like will be uploaded on PKKMB social media.
8. What is the application deadline for existing students who want to take PKKMB 2020?
Answer: August 28, 2020 at 23.59 WIB.
9. Do advanced students from D3 to S1 also have to take part in PKKMB activities?
Answer: No need.
10. How do I change the size of the alma mater jacket for new students who choose the wrong size?
Answer: Can be exchanged during offline lectures.
- Are new students given assignments for PKKMB 2020 (for example, making name tags)?
Answer: No.
- Can new students wear white printed shirts?
Answer: No. Freshmen are required to wear a plain white shirt.
13. Are new students allowed to wear high school shirts?
Answer: Allowed as long as the long sleeve and badge are removed.
14. What if during the PKKMB implementation the new students were on their way to homecoming?
Answer: The implementation of the 2020 PKKMB is not allowed in driving conditions. New students must be in a conducive room and not be disturbed by anyone.
15. When the rehearsal was held together with new students, did the rules begin to be enforced?
Answer: Yes.
16. What if the student has not received a token for SSO creation?
Answer: Students can contact the Academic Administration Section of Telkom University (BAA Telkom University).
17. What are the next steps after printing the minutes and activating SSO?
Answer: The printed minutes will be exchanged with KTM (Student Identity Card) when offline lectures take place. When the online lecture takes place, KTM can also be accessed online through iGracias. If the student in question has activated SSO, all information regarding lectures will be stored in SSO which includes lecture schedules, grades, guardian lecturers, etc. To better understand how to use SSO, students can access their respective SSO accounts independently.
18. Do old students also have to follow the existing regulations? Like cutting hair?
Answer: Yes.
19. What if new students don’t get the PKKMB group?

20. Is the Senate Session mandatory for new students?
Answer: Yes.
